As a Store Manager, you’ll lead a vibrant team of employees and volunteers, overseeing all aspects of retail operations. What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a proven retail leader with a passion for creativity, problem-solving, and team empowerment. Ideally, you will bring:
- Retail Experience: A strong background in customer service, with expertise in financial management, team leadership, visual merchandising and delivering service excellence. An understanding and appreciation for fashion will go a long way.
- Inspirational Leadership: A natural ability to lead, motivate, and guide a diverse team, aligning them with company values and goals.
- Strategic Focus: A demonstrated ability to drive growth through innovative thinking and operational efficiency.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A track record of managing change, tackling challenges, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, negotiate, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with financial and HR management systems.
