About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead a vibrant team of employees and volunteers, overseeing all aspects of retail operations. Your role will be key in ensuring that customers have exceptional experiences, while your strategic thinking and creativity will drive growth and operational excellence. You’ll manage the high volume of donations, develop exciting new initiatives, and lead your team through change and innovation. Someone that can really deliver a community feel is something quite special.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a proven retail leader with a passion for creativity, problem-solving, and team empowerment. Ideally, you will bring:
  • Retail Experience: A strong background in customer service, with expertise in financial management, team leadership, visual merchandising and delivering service excellence. An understanding and appreciation for fashion will go a long way.
  • Inspirational Leadership: A natural ability to lead, motivate, and guide a diverse team, aligning them with company values and goals.
  • Strategic Focus: A demonstrated ability to drive growth through innovative thinking and operational efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A track record of managing change, tackling challenges, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, negotiate, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with financial and HR management systems.
Additional Requirements :
Successful applicants will need to complete a National Police Check and obtain a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card.
