This opportunity is for 38 Hours per week working Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:45am - 5:15pm, Thursday: 8:45am - 4:15pm, Friday: 8:45am - 5:15pm and Saturday: 8:45am- 4:15pm.
As a Store Manager of this location, you will:
- Run the daily operations of your store
- Use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on the daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Regional Manager to understand the customer's needs
- Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified
- Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
- Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs.
