Job Description
Our friendly and dynamic Front Office team are seeking a Night Auditor to join them, with an immediate start available.
Reporting to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager, you will:
- Support the Night Manager & Assistant Night Manager in the efficient operation of the Hotel
- Cross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift.
- Prepare reports reflecting trading results of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Take and prepare room service orders.
- Effectively handle guest complaints and escalate as required.
- Be available at all times for guest queries.
- Ensure the Hotel is operating efficiently and according to Hotel policy.
- Participate in workplace consultation on matters pertaining to WHS.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be adaptable to all tasks and enjoy a variety in your workload such as reception and concierge duties, financial reporting, room service, cleaning and maintenance responsibilities.
- Hold an RSA competency card, CPR and First Aid
- Hold an Australian Driver’s Licence, manual driving skills preferred (but not essential).
- Be able to work night shifts (11.00 pm – 07:30am) across a rotating roster including weekend work and public holidays.
- Be enthusiastic, with the willingness to connect with guests and to hear their story.
- Be well versed with the use of Excel and Opera
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Hold work rights in Australia
