The Role:
This incredibly exciting & multi-faceted role is truly one of a kind. You will be tasked with ensuring current sales targets & activities are adhered to& relationships with current partners are maintained, whilst also forward planning for upcoming team build and product launches. No two days will be the same and we are seeking candidates who are agile, driven, collaborative, highly strategic yet motivated to be hands on. You will be passionate about coaching, mentoring & driving your team whilst also using your commercial nous to device strategies to further increase market share.
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Science, Medical or Business)
- Local Neuroscience Pharmaceutical sales experience ess.
- Proven sales team leadership experience ess.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Launch experience adv.
- Proven sales success in a competive market adv.
- Experience promitiubg product nearing LOE adv.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring & developing Sales teams
- Experience leading product launch advantageous
- Superior collaboration skills
- Proven analytics, market research & Salesforce effectiveness skills
- Established Neurology/Neuroscience network
- Proven financial acumen
- Strong stakeholder management skills
