The Administration Officer plays an essential part in delivering on allcare’s mission by:
- Receiving and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails in a timely manner;
- Triaging and resolving queries received from clients, support teams and our employees as one of our first points of contact with the business;
- General administration duties such as data entry, coordinating mail, document management, and record keeping;
- Supporting company projects and events, such as allcare’s client social events.
The Administration Officer works as part of a team on a consistent roster to provide coverage across core client hours (between 8am and 5pm). Attendance may also be required at company events occasionally to provide support to both clients and staff.
The successful candidate will:
- Be passionate about making a difference for people living in their own homes, with a positive, can-do attitude;
- Have a professional phone manner, strong customer service skills, and excellent written and verbal communication;
- Have well-developed digital literacy, including experience with client databases and Google suite;
- Be skilled in problem-solving, triaging calls and emails, and managing multiple tasks efficiently;
- Be a motivated team player focused on delivering exceptional client experiences;
- Experience in a similar administrative / contact centre style role within aged care or community services is advantageous.
We also require the following:
- Minimum three doses of COVID-19 vaccination and a willingness to obtain an annual flu vaccination.
- National Police History check.
- Valid Right to Work status in Australia.
