How will I help?
The purpose of this role is to collaborate to deliver courageous strategic briefs and campaigns to drive great commercial outcomes. The Marketing Manager sits in Strategic Marketing which falls in the Go-to-Market (GTM) team.
- Deeply understand customer needs by working closely with customer strategy and insights & analytics
- Understand the competitor landscape, cultural trends, customer insights and company dynamics that could inform strategic marketing approach
- Work with stakeholders across key business areas to understand priorities, performance, capability launches and new product development
- Develop strategic briefs which are used by advertising, media and digital to mobilise activity in market
- Work on annual planning processes to support our strategy and drive continual improvement through a test and learn approach
- Map the customer journey and work with key internal stakeholders across media, advertising and digital to ensure a seamless campaign experience that maximises commercial return
- Monitor and regularly report on portfolio performance identify opportunities to optimise in-flight performance to ensure delivery against targets

What do I need?
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and marketing, managing communications for existing clients across multiple brands.
- Strong understanding of customer insight, customer segments and buying behaviours
- Strong understanding of key marketing disciplines including advertising, digital acquisition performance and customer lifecycle marketing
- Experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must.
