About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Downer as a Solution Lead - Digital Maintenance Manager within the xDNA division. The maintenance management product line is a vital component of the overall RTS Digital product portfolio, providing top-tier services to manage all aspects of rollingstock asset maintenance. This includes tasks such as maintenance activities, inventory management, workforce planning, timetable allocations, and product control in depots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow process knowledge and consulting capability for the maintenance management product line within RTS Digital.
- Act as the lead SME in the sales and consulting process, ensuring successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Own and develop key commercial and project artefacts to be used consistently across all customer implementations.
- Development and delivery of consulting templates for the Digital Maintenance product.
- Creation of current state, target state, and roadmap templates and artefacts
- Advise and assist in creating various sales and commercial materials, including:
- Product marketing materials, service descriptions, and implementation pricing.
- Provide customer and implementation feedback to assist with ongoing product development.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SME-type roles for IT consulting services, IT managed services, and/or SaaS platforms in a product context.
- Experience in developing consulting processes and artefacts within product lines, while owning the consulting outcomes.
- Experience in building and scaling teams as product sales grow.
- Experience in OT-based implementations end to end, from the OT component to integration into the EAM or ERP system.
- Experience working with common business functions, including sales, product development, operations, and support services.
- Strong knowledge of rollingstock asset maintenance processes and systems.
- Exceptional communication and consulting skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver high-quality consulting templates and artefacts.
- Experience in application demonstrations, business change assessments, and business case development
