Your opportunity

We’re looking for 2 Workforce Systems Advisors to join our Workforce Systems and Performance Partnering team, one full time permanent and one full time maximum term for 12 months.

In these dynamic roles, you’ll provide front line support for our employees to triage and manage support requests for HR, Recruitment, and Absence modules, in Workday and Kronos (MyTime) time and attendance system. The team ensures accurate timekeeping, rostering, and attendance tracking while troubleshooting system issues, providing seamless customer service and support to our people. The roles work closely with internal teams including front line services, Payroll and configuration teams to resolve support tickets. As a subject matter expert, you’ll contribute to system testing, process improvements, and configuration while delivering training and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Respond to and resolve Workday and KRONOS issues, experienced by internal customers
  • Identify, develop and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, MS Teams, email, and My Service Centre (ServiceNow), ensuring all requests are accurately tracked and managed within the ServiceNow system
  • Support system testing for Workday and KRONOS updates, new configuration, or process changes
  • Identify potential process improvement opportunities within the Workday and KRONOS systems, recommending solutions to optimise system functionality
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and enabling functions
  • Develop and maintain the Workday and KRONOS Support Manual, User Guides and FAAQ’s

Requirements for success

  • Experienced user of Workday (Core HCM, Recruitment, and Absence modules)
  • Experienced user of KRONOS as an administrator and advisor
  • A demonstrated knowledge of HR processes is highly desirable
  • Experience in provision of Helpline support in large organisations or similar expertise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide quick, effective solutions to customers
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including decision making, time management and immediate prioritisation of tasks assigned
  • Profecient in the use of ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system is an advantage
  • Ability to operate under pressure, multi-task and maintain accuracy of work
