Blacktown – With Parking
Full Time 8am – 4:30pm (With Flexibility)
Be a part of a global leader that provides Customised Cooling Systems and Solutions, they will support you with plenty of ongoing training and development from their Senior Engineers.
Work across complex and interesting projects with a boss who has worked his way up in the business and work closely across departments in keeping the communication and administration up to date making sure parts and products have been allocated for each job and internal staff and clients are kept in the loop.
If you have a Mechanical Engineering Degree this is a massive bonus, we are not looking for someone with a Construction background. An Engineering Graduate or someone with experience is highly encouraged to apply!
Day to Day:
- Working with and building relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers collaborating across complex and interesting projects
- Working with the Project Managers on reports, proposals, tenders and all back-end administration and submissions
- Keeping up to date across purchasing and logistics of works, reporting, and keeping everyone in the loop
- Working with Purchasing, Logistics, and technicians – booking and coordinating jobs and deliveries with Project Managers
What we are looking for:
- If you have a technical aptitude – An engineering background is a massive bonus, electrical and fire too
- Someone happy to attend site when needed – Has a white card, car, and licence
- Strong eye for detail, strong reporting experience
- MS Suite – Word and Excel skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Amazing customer service skills – clear and strong communicator
- Wanting to learn, invest and grow within a business
