About the Role
As aTeam Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and inspiring a team of Advisors in a fast-paced contact centre. You’ll provide operational and administrative support while ensuring performance targets are met and a high-performing team culture is maintained.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve performance goals
- Monitor team performance and optimize processes for efficiency
- Ensure service delivery meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Provide regular feedback—both positive and constructive—to drive performance
- Identify and address performance-related challenges through effective coaching

- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Experience mentoring and coaching employees
