The Premium Services Operations Manager , reporting to the Premium Services Senior Operations Manager offers the opportunity to support with the planning, implementation and execution of business objectives for the Premium Services team. In this role you will be primarily accountable for overall team success and operational performance of the Premium Services department whilst ensuring a premium guest experience.

A few of your responsibilities

Foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivation and engaging team members to deliver the best possible service experience to our guests

Oversee the development and execution of a strong communication platform that is built and maintained between The Star Gaming Operations team and operating business units

Lead and support the achievement of financial and operational targets through effective organisational development and team training activities

Inspire the team to constantly seek out opportunities to create memorable and personalised stays for our Premium Guests

Provide recommendations on initiatives that improve productivity standards whilst minimising operational risk
What we will be looking for

Previous experience in premium Casino experience
-
Strong knowledge of casino rules and regulations

Demonstrated ability in developing strong relationships

Effective coaching and team leadership skills
About you
You will be an experienced Guest Service leadership professional with demonstrated achievements in delivering an exceptional Guest experience through a variety of strategies. In addition, you will bring a collaborative and welcoming mindset and understand the importance of embedding this culture within your team. Whilst inspiring internal and external stakeholders to deliver a memorable guest experience.
You will have demonstrated strategic planning, resource management, cost control, and effective leadership experience in people management coupled with effective communication and influencing skills.
You will have a demonstrated understanding of relevant industry regulatory requirements with experience embedding these requirements as part of your ways of working.
