About the role
The Transport Coordinator will manage the road transport activities at the Brisbane depot and other locations, when required. This role is permanent, full-time and based at the Lytton facility.
- Coordinating day-to-day deliveries of petroleum products to internal and external customers.
- Effective and efficient allocation of labour and equipment to meet demand.
- Minimising costs through efficient route scheduling and load maximisation.
- Manage Mass, Fatigue and Maintenance procedures for the fleet and drivers.
- Participating and/or leading driver toolbox meetings and Managing driver timesheets and rosters.
About you
- TLIF 0006 Administer a Fatigue Risk Management System required (or willing to obtain)
- An understanding of NHVR, HVNL, and CoR is desirable
- Good computer skills including Excel and IVMS systems
- Knowledge of the fuel distribution industry in Australia is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work outside of hours and be on-call, when required.
