About the role
We are seeking a motivated Technical Officer (TGO 1) to join our team and contribute to a range of technical activities and projects. Working independently or as part of a team, you will apply your expertise, experience, and technical skills to support various operational tasks. This role involves the use of standardised practices and procedures to deliver high-quality outcomes and solve practical challenges within the work environment.

About You
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Officer to join our team. You will bring:
- Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team, follow instructions, and communicate clearly while fostering a positive team environment.
- Organisational and Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads, meet deadlines, and use initiative to solve problems efficiently.
- Laboratory Experience and Technical Knowledge: General laboratory experience with an understanding of laboratory principles, science concepts, and Work Health and Safety requirements.
- Commitment to Quality and Confidentiality: A desire to work in a laboratory setting, delivering high standards of work while handling sensitive information professionally.
