We are on the lookout for a committed and enthusiastic individual who loves being in service and connecting with people to join our team in a Full-Time Team Leader capacity at Adelaide Airport.
Our Aelia Duty Free store, provides our customers with a large range of liquor, wine, champagne, fragrances, electronics and more, and we are looking for people that have a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs!
To be successful, you will need:
- An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
- Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are
- To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
- To be flexible to work a rotating roster covering some early mornings, late nights and weekends over a 38 hour week
