Your previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor will be clear in your CV and will demonstrate your ability to be autonomous in a role. You are 1) influential, 2) organised. Time management, prioritisation, and professionalism along with displaying a strategic approach to reach goals is a must. You will exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally with ease. You have a high level of experience in customer satisfaction and project success, staying proactive to ensure we meet our objectives as a business and our personal goals.
You must have a current driver’s license, Australian electrical certification, and experience working on mine/port sites. Additional tickets, qualifications, training, and competencies are required to be listed on your CV and will be favorable.

As an Electrical Supervisor , your role will include but certainly not be limited to:
- Organising electrical jobs or projects
- Executing projects
- Planning projects, methodology, and execution strategies
- Exposure to designing and understanding the technical aspects of renewables
- Working positively within a team
- Partaking in prestart meetings
- Partaking in safety toolbox meetings
- Completing routine maintenance tasks
- Brainstorming safer and more efficient ways of executing works
