Night / Weekend Supervisor - Nannup

Exciting opportunity to join WA’s leading specialist alcohol and other drug treatment service.
The Role:
We are seeking applications from energetic, passionate, and highly committed individuals to join our team on a full-time basis working from our Nannup Therapeutic Community (TC). The TC is set on a 90-acre rural property surrounded by natural bushland.
The Night Weekend Supervisor will work with the residential team to provide a safe environment for all therapeutic community residents. They will maintain a presence within the community and be available to address immediate concerns, where appropriate.

Level 2, $37.82- $39.25 per hour.
To be appointed / successful in this role you will require the following key qualifications, skills and experience:
• An understanding of alcohol and other drug issues.
• Demonstrated capacity to work responsibly and at times independently in accordance with Cyrenian House policy and procedures.
• An experiential knowledge of drug and alcohol addiction. (Two years sobriety /clean time)
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to assert oneself effectively and maintain clear personal boundaries.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people from diverse backgrounds.
• A Current National Police Certificate, Drivers Licence, First Aid Certificate, Full work rights, and a mobile phone,
