Eilbeck Cranes is seeking to employ a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join the team in Bassendean Perth.

About the Job:

  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Prepare purchase orders as required for procurement
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Assisting Procurement team with raising of PO's
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Data entry
  • Archiving filing
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and employees, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and maintaining records
  • Uniform order processing
  • Keep office equipment & Kitchen in clean condition
  • ordering of office supplies

About YOU:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Procurement experience would be an advantage
  • Consistent, reliable and with good time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures an advantage
  • Be able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Excellent time management skills
