Eilbeck Cranes is a crane manufacturing and servicing company which has expanded national operations & which is 100% Australian Owned & has been operating for over 115 years.
Eilbeck Cranes is seeking to employ a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join the team in Bassendean Perth.
About the Job:
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
- Prepare purchase orders as required for procurement
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
- Assisting Procurement team with raising of PO's
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Data entry
- Archiving filing
- Provide administrative support to the management team and employees, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Uniform order processing
- Keep office equipment & Kitchen in clean condition
- ordering of office supplies
About YOU:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Procurement experience would be an advantage
- Consistent, reliable and with good time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures an advantage
- Be able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Excellent time management skills
