Job Description

HR Administration Officer

  • Global Industrial Software leader
  • Perth based ( 6 month fixed term contract)
  • Full time or 20hours part time ( school hours)

Supporting the Global HRBP to deliver IFS’s Global HR strategy within the ANZ region.

Job Description

  • Work with the HRBP to implement the Global HR Strategic initiatives at a local level
  • Provide administrative support with all HR related queries raised via the Service Centre ticketing system.
  • Support with full employee life cycle activities, new contracts, contractor extension, on boarding and off boarding.
  • Ensure global training and development plans are implemented at a local level
  • Liaise with stakeholders in the Australian New Zealand region about HR related matters- performance management, training and development plans, salary reviews, annual leave plans.
  • Provide support for payroll sign off and attend monthly payroll release meetings.
  • Create HR documentation for Town Halls, monthly office meetings and other HR related meetings.
  • Perform data clean-up and other administrative related duties for the IFS HRIS system.
  • Provide analysis on cultural surveys, power BI reports and HR metrics.
  • Ad hoc HR project related iniatatives

Overall Required Competence

  • Ability to build strong relationships with other HR team members, including the HR Service Centre based in Sri Lanka.
  • Ability to work in an organisation going through transformation and rapid growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dynamic, can do and ability to work in ambiguity
  • Proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Qualifications

Essential :

  • Desire to work in HR with a global software company
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and strong time management

Desirable :

  • Cert IV in Human Resources would be highly desirable
  • Good knowledge of principles and practices of HR management is an advantage
