About the Position:

• Employment and Industrial Relations : Advising on complex workplace disputes.
• Insolvency : Assisting liquidators and administrators on high-profile matters.
• Construction Disputes : Solving legal challenges in major infrastructure projects.
• Defamation and Media Law : Advocating in reputation management cases.
• Estate Disputes and Property Claims : Resolving sensitive and high-stakes conflicts.
• Commercial and Contractual Disputes : Negotiating outcomes for high-value agreements.

Key Requirements:

• Admitted as a Solicitor in Western Australia (or ability to gain admission).
• 3+ years’ PAE in litigation or dispute resolution.

• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
