Venue Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Venue Manager to take the helm at Ravenswood Hotel, a beloved destination on the banks of the Murray River, WA. Just 45 minutes from Perth and 15 minutes from Mandurah, this expansive venue features a large tavern, restaurant, beer garden, drive-through bottle shop, accommodation, sports bar and a caravan park.

About this role:
As a Venue Manager, you will work closely with proprietors and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hotel, its financial performance and the management of our team of enthusiastic professionals.
This role would ideally suit someone who has strong experience in managing similar hotels, who wants career progression and support that a group can provide, whilst having a strong experience base from which we can learn from you.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated hospitality experience within a high-volume, large format, multi-department environment, preferably with food experience
- A desire to lead from the front with a hands-on approach
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
- Experience in operating key hospitality systems
- An ability to connect with our target market, and translate customer needs into action
- Initiative, passion, and drive
