About our clientOur client is one of the leading national providers in integrated building services, combining HVAC&R, building automation, electrical, and fire systems to create smart buildings that are not only compliant with regulations but also optimised for energy and resource efficiency.
Currently, they have over 1,000 professionals throughout Australia and New Zealand and, due to continued growth, are now seeking a trade-qualified Electrician with appropriate licences to join their WA Service Department.
About the opportunity
The role is 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with opportunities for double-paid overtime. As a qualified Electrician, you will facilitate electrical works within our service, projects and controls/automation departments, operating within the local Perth market.
About you
The candidates must have active experience in the electrical trade, but specific experience with the discipline of mechanical electrical HVAC and thermal imaging will be highly desirable.
Ongoing training as required will be provided to the successful candidate, with future exposure to DDC controls & BMS being an option. You will also possess;
- EW license
- Electrical fault-finding skills
- Electrical service skills
- Mechanical electrical exposure/skills specific to HVAC services (desirable)
- Reliable, self-motivated and well presented
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Desire to work in a high functioning team environment
- Willing to work over-time
- WA Drivers license
