What You’ll Be Doing: As a Video Production Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Creative Director and Video Producers to make sure every project is delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard. You’ll be a key player in all stages of video production, from ideation to publishing, and play a major role in supporting the creative team to bring bold ideas to life!
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist with project onboarding, scheduling, and liaising with clients, stakeholders, and account managers to keep things moving smoothly.
Production Support: Help with pre-production, production, and post-production tasks, including basic camerawork, asset ingestion, editing, and preparing final assets for publishing.
Creative Input: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, ideation, and concept development, ensuring every project is innovative and on-point with audience trends.
Client & Team Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to keep projects aligned with vision and expectations.
Efficiency & Accountability: Uphold MINT’s creative operations ethos by driving efficiency, accountability, and fostering a space for creativity to flourish.
