What You Will Be Working On
Your role goes beyond traditional retail management. You'll be crafting exceptional luxury experiences across our boutique locations. Key focus areas include:
- Creating and executing retail strategies that blend personalised service with the prestige of designer brands. You'll work closely with the Brand Director to achieve ambitious growth targets while maintaining a reputation for elevated retail experiences.
- Developing your team's expertise across this designer portfolio, ensuring they can provide knowledgeable, authentic guidance on both investment pieces and runway styles to our sophisticated clientele.
- Leading visual merchandising direction across all boutiques, ensuring each location reflects the premium positioning of our international and local designer brands while driving commercial success.
- Building and nurturing a network of loyal clients through personalized outreach and relationship building, while mentoring your teams to do the same.
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
We're looking for a retail leader who combines luxury fashion expertise with commercial acumen. You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- At least 2 years of retail management experience with luxury or designer fashion brands in Australia
- A proven track record of building and developing high-performing retail teams
- Strong commercial acumen and experience achieving ambitious sales targets
- Natural leadership ability and exceptional interpersonal skills
- A deep understanding of luxury fashion and the Australian designer market
- Experience managing multiple locations or a large-format luxury retail space
