We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a hunter role, focused purely on identifying, engaging, and securing new clients. What you'll be doing:
- Proactively identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within our target industries.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our client base.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new clients and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to deliver workforce solutions tailored to client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- Proven success in B2B sales and business development (ideally in the recruitment and labour hire industry).
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong communication & relationship-building abilities to engage decision-makers.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills (experience with HubSpot is a bonus).
- A valid Victorian driver's license.
