Description:
We are seeking diligent Rice Cake Operators to join our team in Leeton, NSW. In this role, you will oversee the production of rice cakes, ensuring products meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities include machine operation, collating, plain line packing, flavour room packing, and flow room packing. You will also manually pack products onto pallets for wrapping and distribution, adhering to food safety and quality requirements throughout the process.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you will be required carry out duties relating to the mill. It will include but not limited to the following:
- Operate machinery involved in rice cake production
- Manage various stages of the packing process, including flavouring and wrapping
- Ensure products meet stringent quality and food safety standards
- Manually pack finished products onto pallets for distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and work areas
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the site supervisor

Your Skills and Experience:
To be considered for the role, you must possess the following:
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Reliable and flexible to work 12-hour shifts, including both day (6 am-6 pm) and night (6 pm-6 am) rotations
- Understanding of hygiene importance in a food production environment
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the assignment
