About the role:
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting Talent Acquisition administration, onboarding new employees, employment engagement, HR projects and facility coordination creating a productive and well-maintained environment.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating compliance activities and assisting with documentation
- Monitor & maintain personal information of employees
- Work closely with the team to ensure data is stored and shared effectively
- General HR administrative support
- Book national company travel
- Support with training administration
The ideal candidate:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources highly regarded
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR Administration or Coordination role
- Experience with Employment Hero is desirable
- Organised with a sharp eye for detail, comfortable handling a variety of HR tasks simultaneously
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
