Senior Advisor Executive Support

  • Full-Time (35hpw) Permanent
  • Salary starting from $125,693 + super
  • Location flexible across Revenue NSW offices with hybrid working

This role will see you act as a primary point of contact for Ministerial requests to the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
  • Organise and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address potential issues

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Experience in executive support or related roles.
  • High-level administrative support to senior executives.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
