What you’ll do
The CRM Coordinator is key to driving continuous usage of our CRM, Veeva along with other sales platforms and tools that inform and benefit our sales team. In a combination of tasks across, troubleshooting daily issues from the sales force, automating and finding new ways to solve these issues, creating best in class service and technical SOPs, improving and implementing Lead Scoring programs, this role is core to driving sales team performance. Through listening, problem solving and proactively finding ways to make Veeva and Lead Scoring tools of choice, this role will also support the CRM Administrator and CRM & Systems Integration Manager in building overarching programs for the organisation.

Essential for the role

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Go-getter – a proactive motivated self-starter who wants to deliver above and beyond in the role.

  • Highly personable with a strong desire to help

  • Problem solving mindset

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong time management and attention to detail
