Bendigo UFS Pharmacies is a community-focused organisation that provides high-quality care and exceptional service. We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team.
The Role:
As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our Health Hub and Pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to health professionals, managing appointments, assisting with customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our health hub and pharmacy.
Key responsibilities:
• Administer appointment processes and patient communication.
• Provide administrative support for health services, including data entry and coordination.
• Serve as the primary contact for patients via phone, email, and voicemail.
• Ensure the health hub reception area is well-maintained and stocked with necessary patient resources.
• Assist with ordering stationery and consumables for the health hub and pharmacy.
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required within the pharmacy.
