The Role
The purpose of this role is to support Connective brokers and Connective Lending “Lending Managers” with all things Connective Lending.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to this development, making a real impact on our team and the brokers we serve. This position initially ensures that Connective broker receive prompt and outstanding assistance when the field-based Lending managers are unavailable, helping manage enquiries, emails and internal coordination tasks.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing email communication and taking overflow calls from Connective brokers and funder BDMS when field-based Lending managers are unavailable.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the field-based Lending Managers, ensuring efficient operations.
• Answering enquiries from brokers and liaising with internal and external departments to resolve member issues as needed.
• Helping develop and maintain a strong relationship between brokers, Lending Managers, and the broader business.
• Ensuring all interactions are logged and documented accurately within the CRM system.
• Coordinating and following up on outstanding tasks and requests from brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

You enjoy working with others, especially in a consultative and collaborative way, and have the interpersonal and influencing skills to support this.
You will also have:
• A proven record in developing relationships and delivering excellent customer outcomes
• Experience working with a CRM
• Outstanding organisational and communication skills with a collaborative team player style
• Strong influencing and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and support multiple teams.
