We are looking for an extraordinary chiropractic assistant to help us continue to grow and impact lives in our community.
We are seeking a creative problem solver and no-excuses team player. We provide comprehensive training and an environment full of support, growth and meaningful contribution.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Open and prepare the front desk for success.
Greet clients in with a smile and genuine enthusiasm.
Managing appointments and in-office flow with precision.
Promptly answer incoming phone calls and return phone messages.
Calling and booking potential patients from our social media.
Creative problem solving when booking patient care plans into our doctor’s busy schedules.
Creating genuine connections with our clients.
Collect payments and close end of day financials and balance.
Process all nutrient sales.
Stock management, including orders and stocktake.
Holding clients accountable to their health goals.
Supporting our Doctors to perform at their best.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly statistics.
Communicating office events with clarity and enthusiasm.
Previous experience in reception or administrative roles would be an advantage but is not required. You do not need knowledge about chiropractic, but must have a passion for healthy, natural living. What we do require is a desire to serve and a willingness to grow and be part of something significant.
Our doctors are excellent- highly trained in the most cutting-edge natural health techniques. In order for them to deliver the incredible results they’re known for, the team around them needs to be equally amazing.
Your contribution is a critical part of the client experience and directly supports their healing. You must be able to work independently and without direct supervision, maintaining flow in our busy office environment.

Pay starts at $30 per hour.
Remuneration plus bonuses negotiable for the right person… it’s rare that someone has the amazing people skills but also the attention to detail we’re looking for. If you’re strong in both these areas this will be a deeply fulfilling and rewarding role for you.
There is also opportunity for advancement into a clinic manager role for the right person.
Hours are Mondays & Tuesdays 2pm to 630pm, Wednesdays and Fridays 815am to 1pm
