We are looking for an experienced Chef to join us here at the Ruma Dining.
Skill requirements:
Diploma of Hospitality Management
2 to 3 years of relevant commercial experience.
Role overview (duties and responsibilities):
cooking and presenting dishes in timely manner
working with the team to ensure efficient provisioning and purchasing of
supplies
monitoring and ensuring food quality, taste and presentation of food is in
accordance with company’s standard
assisting with a creative menu to compete with other restaurants
selecting and training cook/kitchen staff
maintain and checking food hygiene
communicate with owner about how to improve meal service
