HUB24 is growing, and to support this growth we're looking to hire a new Superannuation Claims Consultant to join our team and provide the care and understanding our clients. Join our dedicated team and help individuals navigate the complex world of superannuation claims, providing them with the support and guidance they need during challenging times.
What you'll doProcessing Superannuation claims, involving permanent incapacity, family law, death, financial hardship, IDPS and investment claims.Review claim forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.Work closely with trustees for the determinationsCollaborate with lawyers, advisers and clients in order to provide the best outcomes. Liaise with claimants, beneficiaries, and external parties to collect necessary information and resolve queries.Follow up on outstanding documentation and information to ensure timely processing of claims.Conduct preliminary investigations and research on claim cases to assist in the claims assessment process.Ensure accurate claim assessment in line with policy terms and conditions.Gathering and interpreting relevant information to form an appropriate claims strategy.
What you'll need:Super administration experience or a knowledge of associated legislation that operates in the superannuation environment – Highly desired. OR administration experience within the financial services sector (insurance / investments/ financial advisory - RG 146 OR administration experience that is transferrable Planning & Organisational skills and an ability to handle large volumes of work Deliver high quality service levels at all times Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills and the ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
