Where you will be working..
Our client is a well-established specialist in their field, located in the heart of South Brisbane. With a convenient location near public transport, they are now seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist / Office Administrator to support their team for the next few weeks—with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
What you will be doing..
As the face of the office, you’ll be a key player in ensuring everything runs smoothly. Hours : 7:30 - 4PM
Duties will include:
  • All things front of house - Incoming calls and taking messages, updating contact details, and managing all correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
  • Calendar management
  • Ensure the office space is clean and tidy
  • Greet all clients and customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Ordering stock
  • General administration
To be successful… To thrive in this role, you will be:
  • A customer service superstar with a warm and professional approach
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Min 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative and works well under pressure.
  • Initial temp role of 3-4 weeks with potential to go perm for the right candidate
  • Immediate start required
