To assist Dealership guests select and purchase their next vehicle from the range of new and used vehicles available at the award winning multi-franchise dealership, your duties will be diverse and include:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a high level of dealership guest satisfaction.
- Welcome all Dealership guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Record all enquiries into the enquiry register for prompt follow-up.
- Maintain all display promotional materials and banners.
- Contact guests to update them regarding progress with their purchase and delivery schedule.
- Complete all documentation accurately at every stage of the purchasing process.
- Manage the currency of information recorded in the guest database.
- Ensure a high standard of presentation throughout the vehicle showroom, yard and sales areas.
The sales team is available to clients Monday to Friday from 7.45 to 5.15 and shares a Saturday morning roster that includes every second weekend from 8.30 to 11.00.
