The role:
As a Contract Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and technical assistance to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software systems.
- Conducting routine inspections and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Documenting all activities, including service reports and inventory updates.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent or technical certifications (desirable).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware.

- Ability to work independently and follow directions from senior team members.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within and outside of Brisbane and work shift work including night shift.
