Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the smooth running and general tidiness of our office, ensuring all clients, visitors and team members are supported to a high standard.
- First point of contact for our Toowoomba office, in terms of answering incoming telephone calls and greeting clients and visitors to our office.
- Receive, sort, log and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely manner, including accurate completion of document registers.
- Scheduling appointments, monitoring email communications, and general office administration duties.
- Prepare the office and meeting rooms each day and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
- Maintain inventory and orders of office supplies, cleaning supplies and groceries.
- Arrange catering and boardrooms for events.
- Assist with Client Support tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 3-5 years of prior experience in an administration, reception or customer service role.
- Commitment to undertaking a Certificate III in Business or similar is desirable.
- Superior time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Be a strong self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys working independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and accountability.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and new software
