Hebel Installer Team Leader – Full-Time with Company Car & Phone

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Hebel Installer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a leadership role where you’ll manage your own team of 2 - 3 installers on-site and oversee the installation of Hebel panels on residential lightweight construction projects across Sydney and South NSW.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership – Manage and lead a team of Hebel installers to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are met.

Site Management – Oversee on-site activities, ensuring all work meets company standards and safety protocols.

Hands-On Installation – Provide technical support and expertise in Hebel panel installation techniques.

Scheduling and Coordination – Liaise with the operations team to organize materials, schedules, and daily workflows.

Compliance – Ensure adherence to WHS regulations and company policies.

Requirements

✔ Experience – Proven experience in Hebel installation and team leadership.

✔ Leadership Skills – Ability to manage teams effectively and ensure high-quality output.

✔ Licenses and Tools – Must have a valid driver’s license; basic installation tools are an advantage.

✔ Knowledge – Strong understanding of Hebel panel installation, lightweight construction, and the building industry.

✔ Reliability – Hardworking, reliable, and motivated to deliver high-quality results.
