About the Program:
Cabrini’s Graduate Program provides a seamless transition from nursing student to professional practice, offering exceptional educational support and supernumerary time. Spanning 12 months, this program includes up to two clinical rotations, in Medical or Surgical or 12 months in PeriOp Services.
Graduates will benefit from interactive study days, career guidance, and regular debriefs throughout the year.
With the support of a dedicated Clinical Educator, you’ll be guided through your transition to practice with ongoing check-ins from nurse managers and educators. Cabrini also offers numerous professional development opportunities beyond the Graduate Program year our contract is ongoing.
