As part of the Property Management team, you will manage a portfolio of approx. 160 properties in the South of Brisbane. Your role is to ensure that every milestone for the property’s requirements is being met. We are client focused and seek people who are passionate about connecting with people and building a real rapport. The role offers variety, and you'll be interacting with a wide range of stakeholders daily. From clients, investors, tradespeople, industry professionals, renters, rental providers and of course our wonderful team.
We get it - being a property manager can be a real handful! You've got rent to collect, maintenance to manage, and new tenants to attract. It can feel like there's always something going on, right?
But hey, that's also what makes this industry so exciting and keeps you coming back for more! Real estate is a constantly evolving field, with new trends, technologies, and strategies popping up all the time. It's a dynamic world where you're always learning something new and adapting to change. So yeah, while property management can be a bit of a challenge, it's also a field where you'll never be bored - and that's pretty cool if you ask us!

How does the role work within the team…
Our team are vital to achieving our client’s success and upholding our proven methodology and track record. The Property Management department oversee our clients’ investments, manage tenancies and maximise client service standards. You will succeed in this role if you can work proactively, interface with multiple teams and build a real rapport with your clients.
Are you a whiz with PropertyMe, Outlook, Inspection Express, Tapi and Inspect Real Estate? Then you're exactly who we're looking for! But hey, if you're not familiar with these tools yet, no sweat - we'll give you all the training you need. Just make sure you're comfortable with computers and ready to learn new cloud-based systems.
Your responsibilities will not be limited to
- Achieving set KPI's
- Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding the day-to-day management of their properties
- Relationship management

- Managing Tenancy Arrears
- Routine inspections
- Entry & Exit reporting
