Are you passionate about early education and care?
Lady Gowrie Tasmania is seeking Qualified Education & Care Practitioners at our Alanvale Service in South Launceston.
Lady Gowrie Tasmania is a not-for-profit community-based organisation providing Education and Care to children from birth to 12 years of age.
The role
- Part-time – 32 hours per week.
- Alanvale, South Launceston

The role you’ll play
- Develop and implement exciting educational programs for children
- Interact with and supervise children.
- Ensure a safe environment for children and your team.
- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with our families.
- Provide regular documented observations on learning and development.
- Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development
- Always work within the centre/service policies and procedures
Skills and experience
- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent); or
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate a firm understanding and knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Working with Vulnerable People (Employee) or ability to obtain
- Recent Police Check
