About the role:
Expression Australia is seeking an experienced Accounts and Contracts Manager to join our team, based at our Melbourne head office.
In this role, you will oversee and grow contracts related to interpreting services, including Auslan interpretation, Deaf interpreting, live captioning, and notetaking. As the key liaison between clients and the organisation, you will ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
The Accounts and Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing contracts, developing client relationships, ensuring interpreting contracts are up to date, and driving business performance to meet revenue and profit targets through exceptional interpreting services.
About you:
• Proven experience in contract management and client relationship development
• Strong financial acumen, including budget oversight and contract forecasting
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a finance, business, or a related field
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with various computer software, including Microsoft Project, Office applications and asset/work order management systems
• Experience in service design and the ability to implement innovative solutions that drive business growth
• Auslan proficiency (or a willingness to learn).
