Role Description: Client Services Officer
Reports to: Head of Client Services
Workplace Location: Fyshwick, ACT
Role Purpose: The Client Services Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. The Client Services Officer will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Success in this role you will see:
1. Clients’ Relationship
- Proactively contact clients to schedule collections and coordinate logistics;
- Respond to client calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions;
- Prioritise and manage daily tasks in a fast paced and high-volume environment to ensure client services standards and timeframes are met;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
2. Sales Support
- Understanding the requirements of client requests and accurately price them accordingly;
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare client quotes and proposals;
- Assist with the preparation of sales-related documentation as required;
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
3. Reporting and Administration
- Reporting on completed jobs, including financials, within 24 hours of completion;
- Matching and keeping records with a high degree of accuracy;
- Generating reports and invoices and cross checking;
- Data validation within our CRM software, Zoho application.
4. General Duties
- Contribute to overall company vision and strategy;
- Contribute to new business initiatives and projects;
- Comply with all HSEQ company process and policies.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members;
- Ability to think critically and creatively, overcoming challenges with a positive attitude;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, with a willingness to learn and use AI tools;
- Commitment to producing high-quality work and ensuring accuracy in all tasks;
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
