Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our existing client base, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The Sales Account Manager will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales activities
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
