Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a Relationship Manager in Sydney to join our Client Relationships Team. This is a hybrid role with work in the office and from home.
Your role as a Relationship Manager will be to help support our rapidly expanding client portfolio and help drive brand awareness and education across these partners. You will be focused on onboarding new clients and supporting the National Relationship Manager with brand awareness and education on novated leasing.
You’ll be responsible for:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges, positioning our solutions accordingly.
Account Retention and Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to proactively retain and expand revenue within your client portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
- Present tailored solutions and proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of novated leasing for their employees.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Client Support and Education:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance on novated leasing processes, benefits, and best practices to enhance client understanding and engagement.
- Conduct onboarding presentations for new clients and ongoing educational sessions to showcase the benefits of the product.
- Regularly communicate with clients on new updates and technology.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring solutions align with both client and company objectives.
Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and transactions in CRM systems to support sales tracking and forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and propose enhancements that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Implement streamlined workflows and best practices for the employer support team to optimise service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the leasing or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
