As Talent, Culture & Capability (TCC) Coordinator, you will support Inghams’ People & Performance team and play a pivotal role in providing high level coordination and administrative support across the team.
This is a broad, multi-faceted role that requires a proactive and confident self-starter who thrives on working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role. Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with our sites to coordinate Sedex audits by providing people-related information and supporting leaders in preparation for the audits
- Manage the Talent inbox and work with the team to respond to queries as required
- Assist with TCC reporting by providing data, and creating and updating slides, managing input from the wider team
- Manage the purchase order process across the TCC team, including processing invoices and maintaining the budget
- Support the Apprentice program, working with the sites to capture information and administer the program
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling TCC meetings and preparing agendas, creating weekly vacancies post, assisting with backend ELMO support, and managing document control across the team
- Support the TA team with talent pooling, including managing web enquiries and referrals, conducting Seek searches and engaging with job network providers across AU
- Support Inghams’ EVP by preparing LinkedIn posts for the TA team and sharing Good News stories with Internal Comms
- Provide support to the Learning team including reporting, creating dashboards, and coordinating learning programs across the business
- Assist with projects and other ad hoc tasks as required
Key requirements:
- Previous coordinator or administrator experience, ideally within an HR environment
- Tertiary education, preferably in HR, will be highly regarded
- Computer literate with advanced Excel skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders across the business
- Interest in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the team
- Ability to adapt in a large, complex and fast-paced business environment
