What are we looking for?
As part of our complete health and fitness program, SAVVY delivers exceptional Reformer Pilates classes to its members.
We’re looking for a positive-minded and uplifting individual who cares about the health and fitness journey of members to join our energetic team. The role involves:
- Programming and delivering Reformer Pilates classes for members of a range of fitness and abilities
- Providing professional instruction, modifications and guidance to ensure the safety and well-being of members
- Proactively engaging with members to build rapport and encourage a positive, inclusive and welcoming environment
- Leaning in to participate in a positive ONE-TEAM culture, including collaborating and knowledge sharing with team members to provide the best member experience
- Delivery of Group and Personal Training Sessions across other fitness modes
- Delivery of classes during the week and on some weekends
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a pilates programming and instructor role
- A Certificate IV in Fitness and have completed specialist Pilates Instructor Training
- A passion for making a positive difference to people’s live through their health and fitness journey
- Demonstrated experience presenting in front of small and large groups of people
- Good representation of brand through healthy personal lifestyle and behaviours
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy – including intermediate Word, Excel, Email skills
