About the Role

Client partners advise and support clients, offering solutions and tactics to help achieve their business goals while also increasing company revenue. They develop strategic plans that align with client priorities and emphasise tools and services that can improve efficiency, streamline processes, or increase profits for our clients. They provide ongoing client support to address challenge or resolve issues.

The Client Partner (Consultant) - is at the core of the IT Integrity value proposition.

You will work across numerous industries assisting organisations in developing and executing their ICT and digital strategies. With IT Integrity having a strong footprint in Care Services a Consultant that has experience across (Aged | Home Care | NDIS | Community Services) and is keen to build upon this to target healthcare will be desirable.

This position demands an in-depth understanding of the client’s business needs and challenges, and the ability to offer proactive solutions. This is a role that requires a high level of client attention and support via a variety of communication methods. This is a predominately billable consulting role, you will be operating as an extension of our clients C-Suite to deliver exceptional outcomes to benefit their business and ours.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide demonstrable contributions to channel growth in value and recruitment of high value partners.
  • Ensure project members are sufficiently enabled to meet client expectations.
  • Lead in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
  • Propose actions to improve company performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Document the full value proposition lifecycle, from business case, proposals, implementation including project and change plans, into training and handover material.
  • Build and leverage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with C-level stakeholders and Boards to enable capability uplift, design and delivery of ICT Strategic Plans, Enterprise Architecture, Business Transformation strategies and Business Case presentations.
  • Manage a full-life cycle partner process, while effectively leveraging internal resources.
  • Support, review processes, provide feedback and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Ensure performance improvement plans are developed and implemented when necessary.
  • Maintain deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
  • Develop a plan to proactively secure timely contract renewals.
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer engineering, or finance.
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage RFP/RFI processes
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable across ICT Governance and Management best practice frameworks
  • Program/PMO and change management experience
  • Proven success in client account management and revenue growth
  • Demonstrated competency across the technology stack – Infrastructure | Cyber | Cloud & SaaS | Data Integration & Insights
  • Strong understanding of key technology trends, innovations and practical applications.
  • Familiar with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies
  • Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Cloud Technology
