Our engineers are responsible for providing design and engineering solutions for a wide range of projects across various sectors including health, retail, residential, education, commercial, aged care, and leisure – we work closely with other engineers and designers, project managers and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Our opportunities come with following key responsibilities for engineers:
- Undertake detailed engineering design work
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for a range of projects
- Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and drawings
- Liaise with clients, architects, builders, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide engineering advice
- Conduct site inspections and support the installation and commissioning of building services systems
- Provide technical support to project managers and other team members
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
And to be successful in an engineering role, you would have:
- Tertiary qualifications in [Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical] Engineering or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in building services engineering design and project delivery, preferably across a range of sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and design principles.
- Experience with relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design/modelling/simulation software.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Knowledge of sustainable building design principles would be advantageous.
