The Role
Located in Wollongong CBD in brand new, state of the art offices, this is a great role for a person looking to enter the world of Commercial Real Estate, combining Administrative, marketing and Assistant Agent tasks. The role will report into Commercial Leasing Director and primarily support the Leasing Agents. Key responsibilities will include:
• Create recommended marketing campaigns
• Add approved marketing campaigns into the CRM, Agentbox
• Request signboard/sticker drafts
• Book signboard/sticker for installation once approved by Leasing Agent
• Book in photos & floorplans for commercial properties for lease with external provider
• Create online Leasing listings and add text, photos and floor plans
• Create weekly social media posts
• Liaise with business people: primarily commercial tenants and landlords
• Create relevant content and stories including for the internal publication, including Empower magazine
• Send E-Brochures out to Commercial Leasing clients on the database
• Book in and coordinate half yearly Commercial Leasing market update videos
• Install leased stickers on sign boards or ensure Leasing Agents
• Organise Leasing signage removal
• Keep track of generic MMJ signboard/corflute locations
• Create lease deal analysis
• Provide any necessary leasing support to Leasing Agents
About You
You have strong administration and people skills, a business mindset and a flair for marketing administration. You will be passionate about property and keen to grow a career in commercial real estate. You will love supporting others, including business clients, whilst taking pride and in ensuring everything you are responsible for is carried out on time and to a really high standard. To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
• Team player

• Preferably several years administration experience with a focus on marketing administration
• Strong business acumen
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Committed to obtaining Class 2 Real Estate licence
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Expertise across the full Microsoft suite of applications including Excel, Teams, Word and Outlook
• Unrestricted working rights for Australia
• A genuine passion for Commercial Real Estate
